Overview
At VPM Notion, we create and sell digital productivity templates. Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once access is granted.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the template has been accessed or downloaded.
This applies to:
- All Notion templates (individual)
- Template bundles
- Any other digital products sold on vpmnotion.com or our Gumroad store (vpmproductivity.gumroad.com)
Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following situations:
- Product not delivered — You completed payment but did not receive access to the product within 24 hours.
- Defective product — The template is completely broken and does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
To request an exception, please contact us at support@vpmnotion.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order ID or payment receipt
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or proof of the problem (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchase (please review product details before buying)
- Incompatibility with a non-Notion platform
- Lack of experience with Notion
- Partial use of the template
